Listing help, corrections, and package questions.

Built by a hydraulic shop owner,
for hydraulic shop owners.

FindMyHose started with a simple goal: help my own shop get found, get more calls, and turn those calls into more business. I wanted customers to find us quickly when they needed a hose shop or mobile service.

That idea grew into something bigger—a nationwide platform built to help hydraulic shops across the United States connect with customers who need their services.

As a shop owner, I know a single call can turn into hundreds—or even thousands—of dollars in hose work. That’s why a basic listing is free. Your shop’s name, address, and phone number give customers a direct way to find you and call you. We don’t sell leads.

For owners who want more visibility, our fairly priced upgrade packages add features that showcase your shop, promote your mobile service, and make it easier for customers to choose you.

The goal is straightforward: fewer clicks, faster connections, and more opportunities to earn business. Built by someone behind the hose counter who understands what every call can mean.

Questions & answers

A little help, right here.

For customers looking for service and shop owners ready to get found.

For customers

How do I find a hydraulic hose shop or mobile service?

Start on the FindMyHose homepage and choose a hose shop, service truck, or service at another location. Search the area where you need help, open a listing, and contact the provider directly.

Can you send a service truck to my location?

FindMyHose helps you find mobile hose providers. Contact the provider directly to confirm coverage, availability, call-out charges, and an arrival time. Our support number is for help with FindMyHose and listings; the service provider arranges the repair.

How much does a hose repair cost?

Each shop sets its own prices. Hose size, pressure rating, fittings, labor, and mobile travel can affect the cost. Ask your chosen provider for an estimate and confirm any service-call fees before work begins.

Are all listed shops open 24/7?

No. Hours and emergency availability vary by provider. Call the shop or mobile service to confirm availability before traveling or arranging service.

Can a listed shop repair my A/C line or a specialty hose?

Services vary. Check the listing and ask the provider whether they can handle your hose type, fittings, and application. Photos and equipment details can help the shop understand what you need.

For shop owners

Is a basic listing really free?

Yes. A Basic Listing is free and includes your shop name, address, phone number, city/state, and basic shop category. Customers can find your business and contact you directly. No paid upgrade is required to have a Basic Listing.

How do I add or claim my shop?

Use “List Your Shop for FREE” on the homepage. If your shop is already listed, use its claim/update option or the verification link in a FindMyHose email. Need help or cannot find the right listing? Call or email us below.

What if my listing has the wrong information?

Submit corrections through the listing’s claim/update or verification process, or email support@findmyhose.com with your shop name, city, listing link, and the changes needed. Corrections are reviewed before publication.

Does FindMyHose sell leads or charge for each call?

We do not sell leads or charge per customer call. Customers contact the service provider directly. Optional paid packages provide additional listing features and visibility.

What do the paid upgrades include?

Shop Pro adds features such as website and social links, directions, business hours, photos, and a fuller service profile. Featured Market adds features for broader coverage and businesses with multiple locations or trucks. See the package comparison for current prices, coverage, and included features.

Can I promote my mobile hose truck?

Yes. Service-truck add-ons are available with paid packages. Review the package options for pricing and coverage, or call us to discuss your shop and mobile service.

Can I list more than one location?

Contact us with the addresses and service areas you want to cover. We can help you understand the available listing and package options for your locations and trucks.

Will a listing guarantee calls, sales, or a top Google ranking?

No. A listing gives customers another way to discover and contact your business, but results depend on local demand, competition, coverage, and your response to customers. Paid placement within FindMyHose is separate from Google search rankings.

How do I ask about a subscription or renewal?

Email support@findmyhose.com or call 702-702-1792 with your shop name and the email used to sign up. We can help you review your package and renewal questions. Do not send card details or passwords.
